Lari undertakes the responsibility that the Password shall not become known to any of the Lari employees or any agents or other than the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to set the Password during activation and to change it as and when required in order to secure confidentiality and security of the Password.
The customer undertakes not to disclose and to treat the access rights, documentation or any other information concerning the Password or related to the Lari Exchange Online Mobile App. as strictly private and confidential at all times. It is the customer's entire responsibility to ensure that the Password and all confidential information are kept secret and not used by anyone else for any fraudulent purpose. In the event of the Password becoming known to someone other than the customer Lari Exchange shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which may occur as a result of the Password become known to others.
Lari Exchange is not obliged to give prior notification to the customer for any technological change for the Lari Exchange Online Mobile App
The customer must do all that is reasonable to ensure the necessary security measures such as securing the Software, Security Codes installed in the customer's Mobile Device with a password. Protecting all such Passwords and security codes in strict confidentiality, ensuring no vulnerability in the security of the customer's mobile device in such a manner that anyone using the same device will not be able to access the information
In the event that the customer loses possession or control of the mobile device on which the Lari Exchange Online Mobile App or any software and/or the security codes are stored by the customer and on which the customer receives notifications, the customer must immediately notify and instruct Lari Exchange in writing to discontinue mobile application services. Any Instructions received by Lari Exchange prior to receipt of such written notification associated with the customer's security code shall be deemed to have come from the customer and Lari shall be entitled to rely on such Instructions, whether they actually originated from the customer or not. Upon receiving such notification from the customer, Lari Exchange will discontinue the Lari Exchange Online Mobile App. including other applicable channels.
Lari Exchange never capture or store any data including but not limited to security code , password as entered by the customer while using Lari Exchange online Mobile App .
